Directions for creating shared folder in Google Drive
Purpose: You can store your language-arts documents in this folder, and your language-arts teacher may view them as well in order to grade them. Once they are in this folder, you no longer have to share individual files.
1. Open up your Drive app.
2. Click on the “+” in the righthand corner.
3. Choose folder.
4. Title your folder “Last name, first name 7th Grade LA”
5. Click “Create”
6. You will see your folder listed in your drive. Click on the “i” in the folder.
7. Under the details, click share.
8. Add [email protected] and [email protected] (for Mrs. Brown's class), [email protected] (for Mr. Potts' class), or [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] (if in pd 6/8). Make sure that you have it clicked to edit and not just view.
