Homework Policy
• Each marking period, the students will receive a 50 point homework grade. The students will lose 1 point for everyday that an assignment is late.
--Example
A student is late with 3 homework assignments. However, he turns them in the next day. He will lose a total of 3 points. (47/50)
A student is late with 3 homework assignments. He turns in one assignment 3 days late, another assignment the day after, and the third assignment 2 days late.
He will lose a total of 6 points. (44/50)
--Please note: If a student turns in 1/2 of an assignment or an assignment that is not up to middle school standards, the assignment is considered LATE. This will be completely up to my discretion.

SSR
- The students must bring a book or a electronic book to every class every day.
- Students should have a back-up book if their primary is almost complete.
- If the student doesn't have a book, they should find a book during language-arts class.
- The student must be reading during the reading time, whether it be during SSR, language-arts, ninth period, or other classes if time given.
